Warm-Up Exercises: Designed to prepare the penis and surrounding area for workout.
Shower/Bath Warm-Up: The simplest of warm-up exercises for users of any ability level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), this exercise is ideal for users with limited warm-up time, as it utilizes the warmth of your bath or shower water to relax the penile muscle and testicles in preparation for your workout.
The Wake-Up Cloth: A simple warm-up exercise for users of any ability level, this exercise is performed with a warm cloth in a sitting or standing position, and is designed to relax the penile muscle and testicles in preparation for your workout. Also used as a “warm-down” exercise, after your workout.
Stretching Bloodflow: For advanced users only, this exercise is performed with lubricant in a sitting position, and utilizes stretching techniques, coupled with massage to increase bloodflow to the head of, and throughout, the penis in preparation for your workout.

“Long Shlong” Exercises: Designed to stretch, enlarge, and elongate the penis in both the flaccid and erect states.
The Long Shlong: For users of any ability level, this exercise is performed in a sitting or standing position, with the penis in a flaccid state, and utilizes omni-directional stretching techniques, coupled with massage, to promote bloodflow through, and elongate, the penis.
Long Shlong Heli: For users of any ability level, this exercise is performed in a standing position, with the penis in a flaccid state, and utilizes omni-directional stretching and rotating techniques, coupled with massage, to promote bloodflow through, and elongate, the penis.
Double-Hand Shlong: For Intermediate or Advanced users only, this exercise is performed in a standing position, with the penis in a flaccid state, and utilizes more “extreme” omni-directional stretching techniques, to promote bloodflow through, and elongate, the penis.
Pressured Long Shlong: For Advanced users only, this exercise is performed in a standing position, with the penis in a flaccid state, and utilizes more “extreme” stretching techniques to promote bloodflow through, and elongate, the penis.

Advanced Techniques: Designed to improve the overall appearance of the penis and testicles, and can also promote semen production.
Needling: For users of any ability level, this exercise is performed with lubrication in a sitting position, with the penis in an erect state, and utilizes stroking techniques to increase the size of the head of the penis in the erect state.
Testicle Treats: For users of any ability level, this exercise incorporates the ìWake-Up Clothî exercise, is performed with lubrication in a sitting or standing position, with the penis in an erect state, and utilizes massage and gentle pressure promote bloodflow through the penis and promote sperm production.
Toning It Up: For Advanced users only, this exercise is performed with ice (or other cold substance), as well as a hot compress, in a sitting or standing position, with the penis in a flaccid state, and utilizes cold and warmth, as well as massage, to maintain gains and tone the penis.
